We’ve changed our phone number!

We wanted to let you know that we have changed our phone number to 0345 163 0888.

Since the advent of inclusive call plans, many of our customers have asked us for an alternative number to use rather than our 0845 number. In response to these requests we have changed our number. You can also call our geographical number 0121 355 8844 should you wish.

We hope this is not an inconvenience and will allow you all to call us using your inclusive call plans in future.
