Search packs also offer the best value, whilst all searches are subject to our Maximum Discount Calculator, our National search packs offer enhanced discounts of up to £35.00. Also we are the first national search provider to introduce a search pack for less than £100 (ex vat).

A range of low-cost, fixed price search packs that give great value for money. These packs comprise personal (regulated) searches at a fixed national price, enabling you to quote consistent search costs on all standard property transactions.

Maximum Bundle Discounts

Whenever you order more than one search, a bundle discount is applied. This ensures you are always getting a pack discount regardless of whether your combination of searches has been saved as a search pack. We always calculate the maximum discount available and apply it, to ensure you always benefit from the most cost effective search combination.
