National Search Packs from £150.00 plus VAT

A range of low-cost, fixed price search packs that give great value for money. These packs comprise personal (regulated) searches at a fixed national price, enabling you to quote consistent search costs on all standard property transactions.

Choose from:

  • NATIONAL RESIDENTIAL – £150.00 plus VAT
    Personal (regulated) local and DW searches with an environmental search.
  • NATIONAL COMMERCIAL – £300.00 plus VAT
    Commercial personal (regulated) local and DW searches with an environmental search.

Bespoke Search Packs

You can easily create you own search packs, for either yourself or your firm, making quoting and ordering faster and more streamlined.

Select your searches and save them as a pack. Next time you use Searchpoint your pack is ready to order at the click of a button.

Maximum Bundle Discounts

Whenever you order more than one search, a bundle discount is applied. This ensures you are always getting a pack discount regardless of whether your combination of searches has been saved as a search pack. We always calculate the maximum discount available and apply it, to ensure you always benefit from the most cost effective search combination.
