Changes affecting the Residential and Commercial Environmental product suite, the FCI Consultancy range of follow-on services, and the ChancelCheck, ChancelCheck Premium and TitleChecker products will come into effect on 3rd March 2022.

In response to feedback FCI are increasing the initial size banding for some of their best-selling environmental search reports.

The residential searches: FCI Essential, Standard, Premium, Flood Residential and Ground Stability Residential will benefit from an increased entry size banding of up to 1 hectare, helping to cover over 99% of UK residential properties.

FCI Flood Commercial will also benefit from an increased entry size banding of up to 15 hectares, allowing for use across a greater number of commercial property transactions.
