Converting Website Enquiries
The SRA’s Transparency Rules came into effect in December 2018. Whatever your opinion of the Rules, capturing and converting website traffic into new instructions is essential as the market tightens and enquiries dry up. A quote service enables you to take advantage of a customers interest at just the right time, providing them with an instant quote before they click elsewhere.
Searchpoint CONNECT – Free Website Quote Engine
We can provide a website quote engine for your website with live links to our database of prices. This provides your website visitor with meaningful and accurate conveyancing, search and disbursement costs.
Our quote engine is developed and managed in-house therefore it can be tailored to each client individually. There are no costs associated with the development and use of the quote plug-in, we simply request that you order your searches through us.

The Groundsure Energy and Transportation is a new risk report utilising data only available from Groundsure.
The report includes a comprehensive search of existing or planned energy and transport infrastructure covering either residential or commercial property transactions.
Intelligently filtered and giving key next steps, this report identifies major transport projects (HS2, Crossrail 1 and 2), as well as their safeguarding areas, compensation schemes and other relevant environmental data (noise and visual impacts), active and historic railways and tunnels, including underground systems (London Underground, DLR, Tyne and Wear Metro, Merseyrail and Glasgow Subway), existing and proposed energy generation or extraction sites (including solar, wind, oil and gas and fracking), power stations including nuclear and all energy projects registered with the Planning Inspectorate – not just the Yorkshire and Humber CCS Pipeline.
This new report replaces Groundsure’s Highspeed 2, Energy, HS2 & Energy and Underground searches.
