From the 17th of April, Landmark will be making changes to their commercial product line up. These changes mean a number of products will be decommissioned and other will increase in price.
Product Decommissions
RiskView Commercial and Sitecheck Flood will no longer be available after 17th April. Customers using RiskView Commercial should order Argyll’s SiteSolutions Combined product and customers using Sitecheck Flood, should order Argyll’s FloodSolutions Commercial product. Each FloodSolutions Commercial and SiteSolutions Combined report includes an opinion and interpretation of flood data from an experienced IEMA-accredited consultant.
Pricing Changes
As of Friday 17th April, the following pricing changes come into effect:
- Combined Utilities Report (Standard) from £350 to £375
- Combined Utilities Report (Premium) from £450 to £475
- Combined Utilities Report (Express) from £550 to £575
- Updated PDF to provide clearer representation of affected categories of utilities
- Only report on the market which counts affected utilities on the front page
- Sitecheck Combined from £225 to £245
- Combined contaminated land and flood risk environmental due diligence report
- Professional opinion and next steps advice provided by environmental consultant
- Sitecheck Planning from £115 to £125
- Unique planning report designed specifically for the commercial market
- Features all types of planning applications, including minor applications (e.g. single storey extensions)
- Features land use designation data, rights of way, housing and neighbourhood demographics and local development plans
- SiteSolutions Highways from £130 to £140
- Unique highways report designed specifically for the commercial market
- Fixed price and turnaround product choice for full highways due-diligence
- Features full highways data, including road, footpath and verge maintenance status, traffic schemes and orders, scheduled roadworks and public rights of way (including proposed changes)
