Searchpoint is a trading style of The Vesey Partnership Limited who were established in 2008 in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.
We provide legal searches, insurance and compliance services for conveyancing solicitors together with valuable support that helps them assess risk, win new business and provide a better service to residential and commercial land and property buyers.
Searchpoint is a technology driven, web based platform that helps deliver increased efficiencies and lower costs for conveyancers. We develop and maintain Searchpoint in-house, utilising the latest technology to provide conveyancers with a market leading service.
Technology is at the heart of our business however what makes the difference is the personal touch. Our customers depend on a service which they can rely on and which is delivered by our team. Customer Support
We are looking to recruit someone who has a passion for delivering great customer service.
We provide legal and conveyancing searches to solicitors acting for home buyers and sellers therefore experience gained working in a conveyancing or estate agency environment and an understanding of the conveyancing process would be helpful.
We are a family run business and have been established for 10 years, you will be joining a small team and have complete autonomy for your own decision making. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the products they order within the deadlines set. This will include giving advice and support in using our online platform, advising on which searches to order, processing orders and resolving queries.
The role will encompass:
- Primary point of contact for customers.
- Processing new orders
- Resolving queries
- Handling new customer enquiries
- Account management
- Delivering exceptional service
This is a customer facing role and would suit someone with the confidence and ability to build relationships and rapport over the phone.
Location: Office based – Sutton Coldfield
Hours: Part Time to suit individual but ideally 20 to 25 hours, e.g. Monday to Friday 10.00am to 3.00pm
Salary: Pro Rata based on annual equivalent salary of £20,000
