Underwritten by First Title Insurance plc the policy provides cover for the insured & their successors, in perpetuity, with up to £1m indemnity. (Subject to the standard policy terms and conditions)

Home Buyers’ Protection – £47.29

Home Buyers’ Protection Insurance provides cover for your client’s conveyancing costs in the case of a failed transaction. Costs covered include legal fees, lenders fees, survey fees, searches and disbursements up to £1,500.
